White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies



1 cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1.5 c flour
salt
1 tsp baking soda
¼ c boiling water
2 cups oats
1 cups dried cranberries
1 cup white chocolate chips

Preheat to 350F. Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla. Add flour and salt. Dissolve baking soda in water, add to mix. Add rolled oats, cranberries and chocolate. Bake 12-15 minutes.
