Poke:
ahi tuna, ~1lb
~2 - 3 tbsp fresh ginger
.25 c soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
a little honey / maple syrup
1/2 tbsp minced jalapeno
salt
Slaw:
2 c shredded green cabbage
juice and zest of 1 lime
Sauce:
1/4 c mayo
1 tsp siriacha +
Other:
Avocado
Sesame seeds
Sliced green onions
Corn tortillas / tortilla shells
Instructions:
- Marinate the fish ~30 min with all ingredients
- Mix together the slaw
- Mix together the sauce
- Fry the tortillas
- Build your taco: sauce, slaw, then poke, avocados, green onions and sesames
