- 3 lbs - Cut potatoes into equal pieces
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/3 c milk
Place potatoes in large pot, cover with cold, salted water ~1 inch or more above potatoes
Bring to boil, cook 15 min
Drain, let it dry for ~1 min
Add butter, milk and mash!
