Homemade Pork Ramen
Very very tasty.
Ingredients:
- Garlic (3 cloves chopped)
- Ginger (1 thumb grated or 2+tbsp dried)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tsbp shroomami seasoning
- 4+ tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 can coconut milk (just the hard creamy solids)
- dashes of soy sauce
- dash of black garlic sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 6 c chicken broth
- ramen noodles
- salt pepper
- eggs
- green onion
Instructions:
- Melt butter and add pork, garlic, ginger; cook the pork through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken broth, miso, seasoning, sauces, and coconut milk; bring to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles - cook as instructed (~4 min)
- Drop in eggs to poach at last minute of ramen cooking; cook 2 minutes.
- Spoon and serve with green onions on top + sriracha
